The Guest House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1,600 square feet cottage with kitchen, living room, porch, deck and fireplace available for adults 18 years and older. Individual rooms may be rented at $165/night/room, includes breakfast. It may also be rented as a vacation rental for $1,200/week for up to 4 adults, no breakfast included; $2,400/week plus $500 security deposit (refundable if no damage) for 6 or more adults; $1,600/month plus security deposit.
